We process orders within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.
In that window, every piece goes through:

- A final review before it's handed over to our shipping partners

🚚 How Long Shipping Takes
🇺🇸 Domestic (United States) Sent via trusted couriers like USPS and FedEx Expected delivery: 15 to 20 business days once shipped
🌍 International Expected delivery: 15 to 30 business days, varying by country and regional carrier speed
Timelines can occasionally shift due to customs reviews, high-volume seasons, severe weather, or broader shipping network delays. While these are out of our hands, we'll always keep you informed if something affects your order.

❌ Modifying or Cancelling an Order
Need to make a change? Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

A heads up: once your package is with the carrier, we're no longer able to cancel or reroute it.
🚪 Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Most shipping partners attempt delivery up to two times before sending the parcel back to their facility.
If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery:
- A reshipping fee may apply for the second attempt
- We'll get in touch before dispatching it again
To keep things smooth, please double check your shipping address at checkout and make sure someone's available to receive the package on the delivery date.
💫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives looking less than perfect, or if the wrong item shows up, we'll take care of it right away.
Just send us an email with:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos showing the damage or issue
Once we've verified the details, we'll send out a free replacement as quickly as possible. No back and forth, no hassle.
