🕒 Getting Your Order Ready
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days.
During this window, our team inspects each piece, wraps it with intention, and ensures it's boxed to arrive just as beautifully as it was imagined. We'd rather take a little longer than send something that doesn't meet our standard.
🚚 When to Expect It
🇺🇸 Within the United States Shipped through trusted partners like USPS and FedEx Typical arrival: 15 to 20 business days after processing
🌍 Outside the United States Typical arrival: 15 to 30 business days, depending on your country and local delivery networks

❌ Need to Make a Change?
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, reach out within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel: Email us with the subject line "Cancel My Order" To update your shipping address: Contact us within the same 24 hour window
Once a package has left our facility, we're unable to make changes, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

🚪 Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically try to deliver up to two times before returning a package to their local hub. To avoid any hiccups, please make sure someone is available at your address during your expected delivery window, or provide a safe drop off location in your delivery notes.
